Iset Tower is the tallest skyscraper in the Urals with spacious apartments and wonderful views of Yekaterinburg

The tallest building in Russia outside Moscow and St. Petersburg (209 m., 51 floors, total area 90 thousand square meters). Located in the very heart of the Ural capital - on the territory of the Yekaterinburg-CITY business district. In the immediate surroundings: the Iset River embankment, the regional government, the Legislative Assembly of the Sverdlovsk Region, the Boris Yeltsin Presidential Center, the City Administration, the Demidov business house, the Academic Drama Theater.

Each apartment has a «smart home» system that allows you to contact the concierge service, record a voice message and find out the temperature in the apartment. A distinctive feature of the tower is its facade with characteristic glass elements that create a different perception of the building depending on the angle of view.

The development of the concept for the appearance of Iset Tower was carried out by specialists of the international architectural and engineering bureau «Werner Sobek», which has a worldwide reputation as an innovative company engaged in the design of high-tech architectural objects for such companies as Audi, Mercedes-Benz, BMW and many others.
